RANKED AMONG TEXAS’ TOP CONSTRUCTION LAW FIRMS
HOUSTON, TX – Andrews Myers Coulter & Cohen, P.C. was recognized
as a leading construction law firm in Texas, receiving a top two ranking
in the latest edition of the prestigious legal directory, Chambers USA,
America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Chambers also recognized firm
attorneys Bill Andrews and Eric Cohen as leading construction lawyers.
Bill Andrews was listed with a top three ranking among construction
lawyers in the state. He has over 26 years of experience in complex
construction and engineering claims, litigation and arbitrations.
Chambers describes him as “a real mover and shaker among the Texas construction Bar,” and
noted that Andrews is widely recognized for “his experience and ability
to analyze in the construction field.” This is the third year that
Andrews has been acknowledged by Chambers USA. Other recognitions include

Eric Cohen was also singled out as a leader for his construction
law work. His 13-year practice includes construction transactions,
claims, litigation and arbitration. Chambers wrote that Cohen is a “fine trial lawyer

get the deal done.” Other career acknowledgements include The Best
